Welcome to the website of JSE Courts LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site or services.

JSE Courts LLC provides court resurfacing, sealcoating, and related maintenance services within the United States. All work is performed to industry standards and with the goal of improving the surface condition and appearance of courts and paved areas.

Court resurfacing and sealcoating are maintenance procedures — not permanent fixes. Over time, cracks may reappear, color may fade, and surface wear may occur due to weather, ground movement, or normal use.
We make no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, that cracks, fading, or surface issues will not return after service.

We offer one complimentary follow-up service within one (1) year of the completion date, at our discretion, to address issues related to workmanship.
This courtesy does not cover:

• Natural wear and tear
   
• Environmental or weather-related damage
   
• Damage caused by misuse or neglect
   
• Any alterations or repairs performed by others
   

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JSE Courts LLC, its employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• The use of our website or services
   
• Normal surface wear or the reoccurrence of cracks or fading
   
• Delays, scheduling changes, or interruptions
   
• Losses or damages resulting from maintenance neglect or misuse
   

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate site and contact information
   
• Ensuring the work area is clear and accessible
   
• Following any post-service care instructions provided by JSE Courts LLC
   

Failure to follow these instructions may void eligibility for the one-year courtesy service.

We may collect limited personal information (such as names, phone numbers, emails, and addresses) for scheduling, estimating, and communication purposes.
We do not collect or store payment information through our website.

We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States.
